[H-PAD] Addendum to H-PAD Notes from earlier today

A symposium, "Debating US National Security Whistleblowing: Secrets, the
State, and Democracy," will take place next Thursday, October 18, from 4 to
7 pm at New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study,
organized by NYU historian Hannah Gurman. Historians and advocates will
take part, along with CIA whistleblower John Kirikaou and NSA whistleblower
