We encourage H-PAD members to attend the National Center's upcoming
three-day virtual higher education conference on April 11-13 and view our
most recent webinars.


There is no registration fee for attending the April 11-13 conference or
viewing our webinars.  The conference agenda and registration information
are set forth below.  Ellen Schrecker and Ellie Shermer among the speakers
during the three day conference.


The conference will also include a special international panel on April 13
concerning unionization and collective bargaining in the Philippines with
two Filipino faculty leaders.

National Center's 49th Annual Conference: April 11-13, 2022
On April 11-13, 2022, the National Center will be holding our 49th annual
labor-management conference in a virtual format. There is no conference
registration fee but contributions are welcome.

The theme of the 2022 conference is The State of Collective Bargaining and
Higher Education.

Race, History, and Academic Freedom Webinar
On March 2, 2022, the National Center held a webinar titled Race, History,
and Academic Freedom, A Teach-in. The goal was to educate those working and
studying on campuses throughout the country about the current attacks on
the teaching and learning about race in American history.
