Members of Congress from both political parties need to hear from constituents:  a diplomatic solution to the Russia-Ukraine crisis is urgent and necessary. The Biden Administration policy of pouring more weapons and troops into the area and refusing to compromise on NATO expansion is an impediment to peace.
